Who I am... I was born in 1928, in a lovely city named Liège. I became an Electronic Civil Engineer in 1953, graduated from the Catholic University of Louvain. I worked from 1955 to 1987 at the SCK-CEN in Mol (Belgian Nuclear Research Center), mostly in the field of electronic instrumentation. I spend the last years of my carreer in Mol to develop cryptographic seals for the IAEA, the International Atomic Energy Agency in Vienna (project Safeguard). In 1985 I received the Swift Prize (Society for Worldwide Interbank Financial Telecommunications) for my works regarding cryptography. Mes centres d'intérêt sont : cryptographie, algorithmes de chiffrement (SED), nombres aléatoires. In 1991, I joined Prof. Yves Roggeman's team as a Scientific Collaborator at the "Université Libre de Bruxelles". Publication voir: Conjecture of Two Finite Fields and its Applications.
