Bonjour !

De nombreuses catégories (263 au moment où j’écris) de type « Catégorie:Page utilisant P… » peuplent Spécial:Catégories inutilisées. Ces catégories sont-elles encore utiles ? ou peuvent-elles encore l’être ? Doivent-elles êtres conservées ? ou supprimées ? TED 31 décembre 2018 à 15:08 (CET)

Pour Catégorie:Page utilisant P1196, j'avais demandé l'inclusion de cette propriété, donc de la catégorie, il y a quelques temps. Catégorie:Page utilisant P1545 en revanche est inutile. Bonjour ! Une solution pour dépeupler Spécial:Catégories inutilisées de toutes ces catégories serait d’ajouter __EXPECTUNUSEDCATEGORY__ dans {{Catégorie d'une propriété}}. Cf. Je publie des photos sur Commons que je classe au mieux dans différentes catégories. Souvent avec des catégories qui regroupent l'ensemble des photos concernant un même sujet : rues, bâtiments... précisément nommé. Est-il autorisé de créer une entrée Wikidata pour, par exemple cet immeuble, pour lequel il existe une référence dans un guide d'architecture, mais pas assez d'éléments pour en faire un article complet dans Wikipédia ? Et comment intitulé le libellé quand, comme dans l'exemple ci-devant, l'immeuble n'a pas de nom ?

Salut  Jmh2o : Il n'y a aucun problème de créer un élément sur Wikidata sur cet immeuble, surtout si tu as des données sur ce dernier. Quand au titre, je prendrais le même que celui de Commons. Je suis présentement à créer des monuments historiques à Charlottetown et je dirais que j'ai beaucoup d'adresse comme nom (ex: [[:d:Q60333332|Q60333332 (« 20 Euston Street »)]]). --Fralambert (discuter) 5 janvier 2019 à 03:13 (CET)

Questions diverses sur l'utilisation de wikidata

Bonjour,
je fais des tests autour des taxons et de wikidata. Ayant eu peu d'interactions avec wikidata − en dehors de mettre quelques données simples à jour − et ayant été absent de WP durant un long moment, je viens ici pour vous demander quelques informations :

• comment faire sur WD pour lister tous les éléments possibles d'un champ ? Exemple : "rang taxinomique" (P105 (« rang taxonomique »)) peut contenir "espèce" (Q7432 (« espèce »)), "genre" (Q34740 (« genre »))… Comment les lister tous ?
• plus généralement comment chercher dans les propriétés existantes ? Par exemple sur d:Q464424 on a « identifiant Union internationale pour la conservation de la nature » (UICN) + « statut de conservation UICN », mais j'ignore s'il existe un « critère UICN » (les critères ayant conduit à fixer ledit statut), ou encore s'il existe un « annexe CITES »…
• existe-t-il une façon de faire pour gérer les éléments sans article sur fr.WP ? Je m'explique : dans une taxobox on indique la classification supérieure, en créant des entrées de la fome « rang | [[Nom de l'article sur fr|Nom du taxon]] ». Lorsque l'article n'existe pas on peut bien sûr créer un lien du style [[Nom du taxon]] mais on a un risque : tomber sur un homonyme ! (exemple : le genre Python est homonyme de l'article Python. Bon ici la question ne se pose pas puisque l'article existe).
• Est-ce qu'il y a un tuto quelque part sur des fonctions (à utiliser directement depuis un module) permettant de récupérer des données WD ? Je le fais, mais en parcourant moi-même les tables, je présume que tout ou partie des ces fonctions existent déjà.

• Pour lister tous les éléments utilisés en valeur : cette requête peut faire l’affaire, sinon consulter le d:WD:WikiProject Taxonomy pour de la doc. Au passage ils ont une taxobox de leur côté il me semble. Il est possible que la liste des valeurs préconisée soit précisé sur la page de la propriété (sous forme de « contrainte »), mais ça ne semble pas être le cas ici.
• Pour les propriétés existantes, la page de recherche sur Wikidata dans l’espace de nom « Property » peut faire l’affaire, il y a aussi quelques éléments de réponses [ici] (en anglais, il semble que la page n’ai jamais été vraiment finie), la recherche dans la liste des propriétés (qui liste au passage tout un tas d’outils externe pour faire ça). Mais dans ce domaine précis, la consultation du WikiProjet dédié est à privilégier, sans doute, vu qu’ils maintiennent une liste des propriétés et des manières de faire préconisées.
• Il y a tout ce qu’il faut dans Module:Wikidata pour rendre les éléments qui n’ont pas d’articles, avec différentes options.

Merci TomT0m. Oui, je sais qu'ils ont un projet de taxobox sur wikidata. Même s'il y a des choses intéressantes dedans, il reste des problématiques qu'ils ne prennent pas en compte, donc je préfère un outil local taillé pour nos besoins/contraintes. Par exemple de ne prendre que ce qui est sourcé par telle classification en dessous de tel rang, puis de prendre telle autre classification au dessus. Oh, plus simple pour trouver tous les rangs : ce sont tous probablement des instances de Q427626 (« rang taxonomique ») (pour le coup il y a une contrainte là dessus dans la propriété) donc on peut lister les valeurs en listant les instances de cette (méta-méta-) classe, (il y a des liens pour ça dans la page de discussion de l’élément de la classe si le modèle « item documentation » est posé dessus, typiquement - Reasonator le fait (faisait?), et cette requête y est générée, par exemple. — TomT0m ^[bla] 18 janvier 2019 à 14:51 (CET)

Affichage des sources

Il y a quelques temps, j'ai initié {{Liste des élus successifs}} (qui est encore moche, je ne suis pas programmeur hélas). L'affichage des sources se fait je ne sais pas trop comment, j'aurais juste besoin qu'on inscrive en gros dans le code P248 (« affirmé dans ») = P123 (« publié par »).
